Correct Score
Description: The Correct Score bet is the prediction of the exact score during the standard duration (including injury time) of a match. Usually the bookmakers offer a variety of possible scores that a football match can end in and it may vary between different companies. The odds for the Correct Score bet are usually high because of the difficulty in predicting the correct score of a match.
Selections: The Correct Score bet usually has 36 selections:
1-0, 2-0, 3-0, 4-0, 5-0, 2-1, 3-1, 3-2, 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4
These 15 selections are displayed two times in order for each number of goals scored to be available for both teams so there are 30 selections in total for win/lose plus 6 selections for draw results which are:
0-0, 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4, 5-5
Example: If the final result is a 2-1 Home win, but the player placed a 1-2 bet on a correct score bet for the away team, despite the fact that 2-1 was the correct score (numerically) it was for the wrong team, so the player is losing the bet.
